This is one of those portraits I found myself doing one day in 1999. As you can tell, it is Steven Pearcy from the 80s rock group: Ratt.
Is he singing Round And Round, Way Cool Jr. or Wanted Man? Dance Dance Dance perhaps? Who can really tell? Some may not even give a damn about it, LOL!
I met this dude once and he was a total jerk. He really does look like a rat in person, LOL! Perhaps I was just there at the wrong place and time, who really knows?
But at least the drawing is pretty cool! Enjoy!
