Yes kids! It is time once again to add another one to the serial killer and mass murder series in 2009! And instead of one crazy bastard to draw in a composition....I figured I would draw 2 crazy bastards for the price of one! (Add applause here!) Dylan Klebold and Eric Harris: The Columbine High School Massacre Killers.

I did this one after I colored some awesome pieces for some upcoming Gold Digger specials for Antarctic Press. (Which you will see in the upcoming year, if you bug your local comic stores for those to order. Trust me, they are worth every cent you flop down on the counter that day.)

Well, Harris and Klebold were picked on and looked down upon a lot by teachers and students in the Littleton area. But they were also avid gamers of really violent games like Doom and Quake. (They even modified certain versions of the games to make them more ultra-violent. They had this filtered reality of the video games that lead into real life.) So over the course of time, they were coming up with this secret plot of revenge against their own school, which played out a lot like a shooting video game. (Hence, the way I set the art up to look like something out of a shooting video game, through the eyes of the deranged youth.) The revenge came out of them being troublemakers and getting banned from the computers for a month. They also stole some power tools at one time.

Days would go on, and they would write and plot this really bad act of mass execution out that would “outdo” The Oklahoma City Bombing and Waco, Texas on Hitler's Birthday. They would ultimately kill 13 people and injure 24 other people in Columbine. Harris would really write about these bad scenarios in detail on how he wanted to carry this mass execution, acting upon this really bad inner rage.

The demise of these 2 troubled kids, led to both of them committing suicide. (Klebold had manic depression while Harris had mass psychosis.) Columbine was considered the deadliest high school shooting in American history. As it became this catalyst for mention of gun control laws, messages in music, subcultures, school security, alienation and classroom bullying. There were even some controversies with the entire story at first. But it got more ironed out as more things were found out, truth from fiction.

If you want to read more on the fascinating and perplexing subject of Columbine: just click on the links down below....

Gosh man! You would think by now that Columbine would have changed their team name after all of that crap? But nope, they are still called the Columbine Rebels! Yeah, I thought it was strange as well. But I guess the PTA never thought of changing it. Hell, no wonder a student would not want to transfer to this place, unless they had no other choice. (But then again, I had not went near a high school in years, thank goodness!)

(Then again, what the hell do I really know? I just happened to be listening to some Cephalic Carnage: Xenosapien during this whole artistic process! A band from the Denver area, that just happens to know my little ass over here! Stranger yet, those kids that I drew look like band members of Cephalic Carnage! Weirdness of the high altitudes! LOL!)

Oh well, there goes my sicko logic again: Fave this one if you like it! Thank you so much for the support in my serial killer/mass murder series and remember to bring the cookies and Vault Cola next time! Yippee!

:P

Did you know that it is anatomically impossible to lick your elbow...
And 75% of the people who hear that actually try to lick their elbow?
:iconmickmoart:
Yeah, I think so to....like it progessed into the next level of stuff. Yippee!

:)
:iconmickmoart:
Heh, I still need to see Iron Man....I had not seen any movies in 2008 and was sort of bummed out about it. Not even the crappy ones. So I still have not a clue as to what is good and what is not?

(Don't you still work at Universal or something? I need some bootlegs!)

:D

Seems like all I see now is House/Fringe/Lie To Me/Howie Do It/Doctor Who/Conan O'Brien.

Come to think of it, I need some video games....as soon as I can hock an Nintendo at the pawn show in town! Hah! I am ghetto-fabulous!

:P
:iconmickmoart:
Dude, I so need some bootlegs of flicks man, it is not even funny.

Yeah, I think Columbine is wierd man. You would think they would have something on their site to alumni or mass murderers.

I think Trey Smith (That Southpark guy) went to Columbine too. LOL!

:D
:iconpinguino:
dude. universal's so cheap, they dont give us free dvds anymore. or mostly, the people who replaced the people who used to give us free shit, dont.

however, a TON of rad movies came out that you totally missed. you need to watch:

Dark Knight
Horton Hears a Who
Dragon .... ergh.. forgot the name.. Hunters i think
IRON MAN
Slumdog Millionaire
And go download Dr Horrible

you don't watch Heroes?! Heroes is awesome.
Dollhouse is coming out soon, that should be interesting
:iconmickmoart:
Yeah, I don't watch all of Heroes.

I did see Chronicles of Riddick lately! (Hey, it is a Universal Film! I got the Riddick Trilogy for 3 dollars.)

Yeah, I been trying to get Dark Knight for months and seem to have entirely no luck. Perhaps it is where I am....Kansas City has too much space in-between itself. Some days, it gets very depressing....heck, I would like to see Indiana Jones someday, heh!
